Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan and EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will discuss in Brussels the issue of holding a meeting in the Pashinyan-Aliyev-Michel format, Azatutyun reports.

At the end of October, it was Klaar who announced that the meeting between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan would not take place due to lack of time.

The Secretary of the Security Council confirmed today that Armenia is ready for a meeting in Brussels in a trilateral format.
“We said it before and we say it now: Armenia is ready. That is, when possible, all three parties must come to an agreement. At least Armenia definitely agrees with this. When there is an agreement, this meeting will take place,” Grigoryan emphasized.

Regarding the regular invitations from the Russian side, stating their readiness to provide a platform for negotiations in Moscow, Grigoryan responded that he was unaware of such invitations.
