Poland handed over a dozen Mi-24 combat helicopters to Ukraine to fight against Russian aggression.

“Poland, a loyal ally of Ukraine, recently sent about a dozen Soviet-designed Mi-24 combat helicopters to Kyiv,” the publication reports, citing its sources.

It should be noted that the transfer of helicopters to Ukraine was not officially reported earlier.

Help to Ukraine from Poland

Poland is one of those countries that most support Ukraine in the war with Russia. Warsaw provides Kyiv with military assistance, and also supports the invitation of Ukraine to NATO.

In particular, Poland transferred MiG-29 aircraft to the Ukrainian Air Force. It is known that the Ukrainian military received 14 fighters.

Poland also plans to train Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighters and has already drawn up a corresponding schedule.
